Convenient location, though a bit far from the city center, but still peaceful 🌳. the room had just one drawer, but it fulfilled all our needs. Overall, everything was great and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Tourist destinations like national museum krakow were adjacent to the hotel. We were able to park onsite. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop: )

Really great experience there. Fairly clean venue with particularly good location close to public transport. Excellent view of river, functional & compact room. Feather pillows, spacious bed. Excellent service and absolutely superb and freshly prepared breakfasts. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too😃

They provided me with an additional mattress, which improved the comfort level. The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were nice perks as well. Despite the room being small and the noise from neighboring bathrooms, I found the overall experience to be satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient amenities.

The hotel was good location for centre of Krackow. We had already paid for hotel at Lodz so were just on quick visit to Krackow. The hotel was cheap but that reflected in its standards . There was no hair dryer or soap in the hotel room. The beds were just comfortable enough to spend one night there ! The breakfast was just adequate but a very small seating area which proved problematic where trying to sit for breakfast.Staff were friendly and helpfull.

It was 20-25 minutes by tram from the center. The breakfast was fine and the parking was free.

There was no hairdryer in the room but I could borrow one from the reception. The room was small.

We had a wonderful time at this place - perfect for a vacation getaway.

Value for money.

Major road works meant it was very difficult to access hotel. As they had our email address it would have been helpful to have a message to show us the way. Although we could see it we had to make an illegal turn to access - which we were told was the only way. This after 50 minutes of trying to find alternatives.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. First of all, the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for our stay. Secondly, the staff provided great attention to detail, ensuring that our room was comfortable and clean. Plus, the location in a safe area near shops and tram stations made it easy for us to explore the city.

The hotel met all our needs, leaving us with no complaints.

Distance to the centre of the city is about 3,5 km.

There are workings in the front of the hotel in that period ( July 2011) and the hotel is not easy to reach by car.

We liked the Hotel in general. Location good (about 20 min tram ride to center) Tram station is in front of the hotel. Quiet residential area. Rooms are simple but cozy and clean. Breakfast is great! Nice and polite staf. We stayed there during New Year holidays and the heat in the room was perfect.

Thing that we did not liked was that the gps coordinates was a little bit wrong. It will take you to the area but not to the hotel. You need to look around you and search for a high building (around 10 floors) with the sign hotel on the roof without the name of hotel. This is the building that you search for :)
